New Customers
Welcome to Global Organic Specialty Source, Inc. and congratulations for choosing the best quality organic produce available in the Southeast!

We already know you are a discerning customer, and we look forward to getting to know you and meeting your individual needs.

 To get started, simply fill out the new customer application (PDF 56KB) and fax it to 941- 358-6551 or email back to sales@globalorganics.ws. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to review your application. We will be in touch with you as soon as we finish processing your application and checking on the logistics for delivery.

Ordering
Your account will be assigned a special Sales Associate who will work with you each week. They will be sure that you have the weekly pricing, (also available for you on our website), our newsletters, and any other important information relative to your account by e-mail or fax - your choice!  All orders must be in by 4:00pm Eastern time. Minimum order amounts vary by region. Please check with your Sales Associate for specifics.

Terms
Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) unless credit has been established with our Accounting Department.

Credits
On the rare occasion where you find you are not satsified with our product or have received something you did not order, please follow the following procedure:

All credits should be addressed at the time of delivery or reported to your sales representative within 24 hours of arrival.  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CREDIT REQUESTS MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY!! We want to serve you and all of our customers with the best quality and will work to resolve your concerns quickly and to your satisfaction.

Deliveries
Deliveries days and times will vary by location. Your Sales Associate will be setting this up in a way that will meet the needs of both you and our Transportation Department.
